Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse then processes your order the following business day. Orders typically take about 7 days to ship (Due to high demand it may take up to 14 days)s. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date from our partner courier.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email upon the creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped.
Once an order is received it can take 2-3 business days to process and print your item(s). Shipping from Michigan can take an additional 2-4 business days!
Do you offer refunds?
ABSOLUTELY! If you don't love your Rugged Legacy item, we will refund your money. Refunds must be processed within 60 days of your purchase date. Refunds will take 7-10 business days to process.

I took a 1200 mile round-trip motorcycle ride In August. I was concerned the sleeves were gonna get a bit warm but they were actually the exact opposite they cooling! I forgot to wear gloves so my hands were cooked but my arms were completely protected and didn’t get warm in the sun at all. I love these and wear them every ride whether it’s sunny or not. Thanks SA and rugged legacy! What a great product!
Ordered this hat for my Husband. They had a huge problem with the order on their end. Customer service was amazing to assist me with the problem. Took a few months to get the hat (only because they kept getting sent the wrong hat or print. Can’t remember which one). They did offer a refund or a different choice of hat, but this was the one I wanted to get my husband. My husband loves it and says it’s comfortable. Overall they deserve 5 stars for everything they did for me and 5 stars for the quality of the hat! It’s an amazing company.
