When will I receive my order?

Orders typically take about 7 days to ship (Due to high demand it may take up to 14 days)s. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date from our partner courier.
How can I track my order?

Once an order is received it can take 2-3 business days to process and print your item(s). Shipping from Michigan can take an additional 2-4 business days!
Do you offer refunds?
ABSOLUTELY! If you don't love your Rugged Legacy item, we will refund your money. Refunds must be processed within 60 days of your purchase date. Refunds will take 7-10 business days to process.
