I order it for Xmas and got it in late Jan. When I would check on my order all I got was it was waiting to ship. my order was placed at the end of Nov. I called just before Xmas and was told that you didn't have the hoodie to print. You were waiting to get the hoodie in. I had to go out and find other gifts at the last minute. I loved the saying on you product it fix my son personality so well. Please just be more up front about delays. I would receive a daily email on you product and sale on it. But no update on my order. So Product is great, but you customer service need a lot of help. I hope this will be helpful to you. On a side note when I did speak to a person they were very friendly. Thanks Carol Rabuck
