I want to make a review to earn points? How do I do that?
The option to leave a review is offered to customers via email usually within a month of purchasing. You may receive an email asking you to review certain products you have purchased, but we cannot guarantee that.
If you do receive an email asking for a review and you write one for us, you will receive club ella points!
What is the difference between monthly and annual membership?
A Monthly Member will be charged on the 1st of every month for the length of their membership, while Annual Members pay in full for the whole year. (saving $24 a year). Club members are automatically entered into all giveaways.
