How can I contact you?

How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse then processes your order immediately. For this reason, no adjustments or changes can be made to your order. 
  • Our items are made to order, right here in our warehouse.
  • Orders typically take about 5 business days to ship. Please note that due to high demand during the holiday season, orders can take up to 14 days to ship.
  • Orders can take up to 7 business days to arrive after they have been shipped. Please Note: USPS and UPS Shipments can be delayed due to Covid-19. 

How can I track my order? 

  • You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update before contacting us.
  • If your order has not updated within 7 business days from the last update, send us an email and we can look into this matter for you. 
  • If your order has been marked as delivered and you have not received it within 5 business days of that date, please contact us to resolve the issue.  

Can I Change My Order? 

  • Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed. Once you receive the order, you can always follow this link for quick and easy exchanges: https://ruggedlegacy.loopreturns.com/#/

 Do you offer refunds? 

  • ABSOLUTELY! If you don't love your Rugged Legacy item, we will refund your money. Refunds must be processed within 60 days of your purchase date. Items must be in the same condition as you received it. If you would like to request a refund, please email our customer service email for help.
  • Returns will only be accepted through our returns portal. Please do not send back your return without informing us, as it will not be accepted.
  • Refunds will take 7-10 business days to process back to your bank. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email notification.
  • Refunds can only be refunded to the same form of payment used to place the order.

What Happens if My Package is Lost in Transit?

  • If your item appears to be completely lost, and your tracking number doesn't update for 7 days, please let us know ASAP. We have up to 30 days after the shipment date to have a replacement order sent to you at no additional cost. After 30 days, we are no longer responsible for replacing the item. 

Canceled Orders

  • Orders go into production when placed and for this reason can not be canceled. You can always return or exchange an item, once received, through our returns portal here https://ruggedlegacy.loopreturns.com/#/
