HOW MUCH DOES THE MEMBERSHIP COST?
$20 A Month for Small – Large, $22 A Month for X Large, $24 A Month for 2XL, $26 A
Month for 3XL and $28 A Month for 4XL

HOW DO I CONTACT RUGGED LEGACY CLUB CUSTOMER SERVICE?
We value our Club Members and have a dedicated team just for them, you can reach us
at support@ruggedlegacy.com.

WHEN WILL MY FIRST SHIRT ARRIVE?
It all depends on when you signed up for the Club. The cut-off date is the 16 th of the
month which means if you, if you sign up from the 17 th of the month prior to the 16 th of
the current month, you will receive the current months shirt. However if you sign up on
the 17 th of the current month, your first shirt will arrive the following month. See the
different scenarios below:

Cut-Off Day Sign-Up Date First Shirt
Scenario 1: 16 th July 17 th – 31 st August Shirt
Scenario 2: 16 th August 1 st - 16 th August Shirt
Scenario 3: 16 th August 17 th – 31 st September Shirt
Scenario 4: 16 th September 1 st - 16 th September Shirt

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS, PAYMENT INFO, OR SHIRT SIZE?
In order to verify that your information is updated correctly we ask for you to email us to
update your information. If you need to update payment information please note that in
the email and we will call you to update.
NOTE: Please DO NOT send any credit card information over email, we will
immediately remove the email from our servers and will NOT update your information.

   
WHEN DOES MY MEMBERSHIP EXPIRE?
Your membership never expires until you choose to end your relationship with us. We
would hate to lose you from the Club, but we understand things come up. If you need to
cancel we please ask that you email our dedicated customer service team at
support@ruggedlegacy.com and we can help you out.
However, if you do not want to cancel but you are just needing some time, we do offer
the option to skip a month and up to 2 consecutive months. This way you still get all the
great benefits of being a member of the Rugged Legacy Club Family.

 
WILL I BE ABLE TO SEE WHAT THE NEWEST SHIRT LOOKS LIKE BEFORE I
RECEIVE IT?
SHHHH! It’s a secret. We have learned, although many of us are impatient, most of the
members wish to be surprised when the shirt arrives in their mailbox, so we have
chosen this to be a secret. We can however, assure you that our highly talented and
experienced graphic designers will create the most impressive shirts you will not find
anywhere else.
 
DO I GET TO CHOOSE WHICH SHIRT I GET?
Unfortunately, you do not. However, we are constantly working on new ways to improve
the Club, so this may be an option in the future.  
 
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
We would hate to lose you from the Club, but we understand things come up. If you
need to cancel we please ask that you email our dedicated customer service team at support@ruggedlegacy.com and we can help you out.

Remember you can also skip up to two months at a time if you are just wanting to take a
break for a while.
NOTE: Please remember when you signed up for the Club monthly subscription you
agreed to a 7-month commitment or there will be a charge of $25 early cancellation fee.
This is to make up for all the awesome benefits you will have received for being a
member.
