Ordered this hat for my Husband. They had a huge problem with the order on their end. Customer service was amazing to assist me with the problem. Took a few months to get the hat (only because they kept getting sent the wrong hat or print. Can’t remember which one). They did offer a refund or a different choice of hat, but this was the one I wanted to get my husband. My husband loves it and says it’s comfortable. Overall they deserve 5 stars for everything they did for me and 5 stars for the quality of the hat! It’s an amazing company.
